  • If we are unable to assist, we will make recommendations of other professionals that could be better placed to assist.
  • If we undertake mediation, or negotiation and are not successful in achieving an outcome, we will recommend further steps, to assist in resolving the dispute.
  • We are not lawyers – our principal holds a law degree, we understand the law, we understand what lawyers do, and we understand the boundaries between our work and the need for considered tailored legal advice, and litigation facilitated by lawyers.
  • Transparent Fee Structure – so you know at all times your liability for our charges.
