Our Fee Structure
Dispute Mediation Package
$ 1650
GST Inclusive
- Most affordable option with both parties sharing the costs, unless by prior arrangement.
- Half Hour Intake Sessions for each party on the day of the mediation
- Three Hour Mediation Time – convened at a time and place suitable to you or via Zoom online.
- Time may be extended by mutual agreement at $165 Per Hour (inclusive of GST)
- Room Hire will be at cost, and split between the parties.
- Non Refundable Booking Fee of $300 ($150 per party) required to secure mediation date.
- Fees are fully payable at least two full business days in advance of mediation
Facilitation / Negotiation Package
$ 550
GST Inclusive
- Most affordable option with both parties sharing the costs, unless by prior arrangement.
- Two Hour Facilitation / Negotiation period, using a guided process.
- Assisted Drafting of Memorandum of Understanding, for presentation to legal representatives.
