Dispute Mediation Package

GST Inclusive

  • Most affordable option with both parties sharing the costs, unless by prior arrangement.
  • Half Hour Intake Sessions for each party on the day of the mediation
  • Three Hour Mediation Time – convened at a time and place suitable to you or via Zoom online.
  • Time may be extended by mutual agreement at $165 Per Hour (inclusive of GST)
  • Room Hire will be at cost, and split between the parties.
  • Non Refundable Booking Fee of $300 ($150 per party) required to secure mediation date.
  • Fees are fully payable at least two full business days in advance of mediation

Facilitation / Negotiation Package

GST Inclusive

  • Most affordable option with both parties sharing the costs, unless by prior arrangement.
  • Two Hour Facilitation / Negotiation period, using a guided process.
  • Assisted Drafting of Memorandum of Understanding, for presentation to legal representatives.

Debt Collection – Fixed Fee Agreement – 10% of Debts Collected + GST
